Here at Ensley Beauty Supply we are committed to protecting your privacy. We use
the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a more personalized
shopping experience. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to
others. You will only receive emails from us that may have relevant information
about your recent order. Only voluntary email list subscribers will receive emails
for any other reason.
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and many
other major credit and debit cards.
All returns require the original receipt or invoice.
Consumer items:
All consumer items are covered by a 90 day warranty period from Ensley Beauty Supply
After the 90 days has expired, the remaining warranty will be covered by the manufacturer
and must be handled though that respective company. The return shipping is the responsibility
of the consumer.
Salon, Spa, Barber, and Manicure Equipment:
All salon equipment has a 1 year warranty, unless otherwise noted. It is up to the
sole discretion of our repair department as to whether the item can be repaired
or replaced. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or improper installation.
All plumbing or electrical must be installed by a certified plumber or electrician.
This warranty does not cover the shipping on the defective item or part.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges, provided they are returned within 14 days
of delivery date. All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All items
sent back for return or exchange must have a R.A. (return authorization) number.
Please contact us for a R.A. number before shipping an item back. Please note that
original shipping charges are non-refundable. There are no refunds on any items
that had been used or does not have its original packaging. To qualify for a refund,
ALL items must be returned unused and in their original condition, including the
original packaging and containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, all accessories.
Any electrical appliance that has been opened/used, and the seal of the electrical
cord has been untied - the return will not be honored and there will be no refund
issued. We will refund your money to the credit card or PayPal account you used
to purchase your item. Due to Health Department Regulations, we can not accept returns
on the following products: hair brushes, nail polish, make-up / cosmetics, hair
extensions, hair pieces, wigs or any item that touches the hair, skin or scalp..
Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of
our error. We provide no refunds for unauthorized items returned to us. All merchandise
being returned must be authorized before you return it, and must be arranged within
14 days of receiving your order. Unauthorized returns and returned items that do
not meet our guidelines become the property of Ensley Beauty Supply and will be
disposed of.
