Kentucky Maid KM56 Medium Waver/ Crimper Iron

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Shampoo, rinse and towel dry hair.
2. Press hair if required.
3. Apply a small amount of pressing oil or pressing cream to hair.
4. Finish drying hair completely with an electric dryer.
5. Heat the curling iron.
6. Test the curling iron against a white towel or tissue. If scorching results, the curling iron is too hot. Allow the iron to cool.
7. Lift on strand of hair. Open the curling iron and grip the strand of hair as closely as possible and evenly distributed over the curling iron.
8. Slide the closed curling iron to the ends of hair.
9. Roll the strand of hair towards the head.
10. Roll the hair in the direction you wish the curl to go
11. Protect the scalp from the hot iron by placing a comb on the scalp underneath the curling iron and the curl. Hold the curl on the curling iron and permit heat to penetrate.
12. To remove the curling iron, gently press the handles, slide the comb to help remove curl off the curling iron while moving the curling iron in the opposite direction to the comb.
